I don't think the "up-at-4 AM" routine is for me. I need more sleep given my cycling training load than it allows. I'll probably keep trying, though.

Starting to like running more and more each time I lace up and get at it. Still sometimes confused about how I should approach training as a beginner. Seems like everyone has a schtick to sell.

Crushed today's workout, but unfortunately my Garmin head unit had loaded the wrong workout...was doing intervals at a slightly lower intensity than prescribed by Brendan. Woops! Still a great workout though.

Couldn't sleep. Been a while since I stayed up through the night. Hopefully it doesn't affect my recovery. Tomorrow's bike workout is a tough one.

My git discipline for this project has been really poor. Commit after commit with the message "Update" and nothing else. I guess I'm just too eager to actually push out the change to care.

Had tons of fun at the Leupold Fall Classic in Navasota. They struck two stages due to ranging error and visibility issues, so I got 57 of 73. Struggled a little bit on this PRS barricade stage, and ruptured my bag 🙁

Still a great result. 25th out of 89 shooters.
